Welcome

Hello, my name is Michael Freeman and here is my G321 Foundation Portion in Media Studies. I am currently studying AS Level Media Studies and I have created this blog to show my progress and the steps I have taken in order to complete the final pieces of work.

I have been assigned to analyse different magazine front covers, contents page and double page spreads. My main focus is on the magazine called Kerrang! is it is rock genre based, we were told to research the magazine and the industry that owns it. The industry that owns it is called Bauer, this is apart of Bauer Media Group. As well as this is have been assigned to create a new magazine front cover and contents page, I will be creating this magazine partially by hand and the other parts on the computer using a program called Photoshop. This blog will aid me to make a successful magazine front cover and contents page.
